## What should a takedown request include?

A takedown request should include four details so we can act on it quickly:

- The full address of each page or file concerned.
- What the problem is: copyright, likeness of a real person, or another reason.
- How you are connected to it, for example as the rights holder or the person depicted.
- An email address where we can reach you.

## What happens after a takedown request?

After a takedown request we acknowledge it, remove content pending review where a real-person likeness is alleged, and tell you what we decided. If we disagree with a request we explain why. We do not need identity documents to act on a likeness complaint.
