What happens in episode 1 of My New Stepmom Used to Be a Stripper?
Jake's dad introduces his new wife, Mia, and Jake greets her as Cherry from Vegas. She insists he has her confused with someone else, and Dad laughs that she gets that a lot before heading out to fire up the grill and leaving the two of them to get acquainted.
Jake mentions a small cherry tattoo on her left hip and the denial stops. A call from Tyler explains the history: it was Tyler's bachelor party, front row. Mia's price for silence is a deal she proposes herself, one last private dance at midnight in the living room, on the house, just like Vegas. When Dad comes back she tells him his son is the sweetest. The episode is bright and suburban, a barbecue in the background.
On the episode 2 poster Mia stands in the dark living room in a black satin robe, arms behind her head. Midnight, as agreed.
